B. Wilson, M.A (they/them) also known by the moniker, brilyahnt Peace, is a dynamic consultant, strategist, licensed educator, and multidisciplinary artist whose practice merges equity-focused facilitation, professional development, and systemic change advocacy. Grounded in intersectional justice, community empowerment, and cultivating belonging, B leverages creative and interdisciplinary strategies to drive meaningful impact. 

B’s contributions span research, curriculum development, curation, and community engagement. As co-founder of the BIPOC Educators’ Collective, B has championed the recruitment, retention, and support of educators of color and American Indian educators. They played a key role in research and curation for nationally recognized projects like States of Incarceration.

B’s artistry includes collaborations such as the Minneapolis Black Weirdo Party and curated events at the Dakota Jazz Club, showcasing their commitment to cultural innovation and community connection. Their leadership experience includes cofounding Black Lives Matter Minneapolis, serving as Program Director of the Joy, Justice, and Genius Summer Camp and Youth Engagement Senior Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis.

An accomplished storyteller, public speaker, and facilitator, B has co-hosted KMOJ’s Youth Summit radio show and shared their insights on national platforms, including the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America (SCDAA) Annual Convention.

Through their artistry, strategy, and dedication, B empowers communities, amplifies marginalized voices, and transforms challenges into opportunities for equity-driven innovation. Their expertise encompasses community engagement, strategic DEI planning, inclusive practice development, event curation, and program design, making B a sought-after advisor for fostering collaboration and driving systemic change.
